Welcome to Livingood Daily! 

It is important that if you did not see a confirmation email that you check your Spam and Promotional folders.

Free shipping with orders $99 or greater within the 48 contiguous states.
All Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will have an added flat fee of $14.95 for shipping.

*Note - if you ordered an item that is on a backorder status, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and shipping.  If this order is expected to be longer than 10 days, we will ship your order with all in-stock items.  

Livingood Daily Package Protection
We offer optional package protection on all of our shipments. If you select this service, you’ll pay a variable fee (depending on your order total) at checkout for the confidence that we will fix any issues you experience with your order free of charge. This includes a full replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. This package protection is completely optional and not required to purchase. The option to remove this is a toggle switch on the checkout page.

Shipping Alert

We are seeing some delivery delays, premature delivery confirmations and package tracking issues. Livingood Daily is still fulfilling orders in a timely manner, typically within 3-5 business days. However, there may be some delays and/or inconsistencies with the carriers. Once a package leaves Livingood Daily, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information or delivery confirmation and because of this we cannot refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. We thank you for your understanding and your support of Livingood Daily.

PURCHASES. You are responsible for all product purchases and amounts due under your login credentials. You are responsible for paying the purchase price for products, the shipping and handling charges and any taxes due on your online order.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. We will ship products to the address you enter on the order form. For the security of our customers, we are unable to ship orders to freight-forwarding addresses. Due to extended international transit and delivery limitations, we do not currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

PACKING AND HANDLING. All products ordered by you shall be packed in accordance with our standard practices. We will not accept and cannot accommodate any special requests for custom containers, packing, crating, boxing or bundling.

RISK OF LOSS. All products are shipped EXW and you shall bear the risk of loss upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier at our shipping location. Any claims for loss, shortage or damage to the products arising following our delivery to the common carrier should be submitted to the common carrier.
